Our vision for Victory Missionary Baptist Church is to be recognized by God as an exciting, soul-winning church, committed to the joy of Christ-centered worship, growing in spirit and number, carrying out all aspects of the Great Commission, prayerfully ministering to the needs of all, and providing a daily example to the world and a challenge to other New Testament Churches.

Meet the Staff

Senior Pastor Doug Hambrick came on staff at Victory in October of 2010. He previously served as pastor of New Testament MBC in Lonoke, AR, and Pinecrest MBC in Corinth, MS. Doug and his wife Beth have three grown children: Adam, Amy, and Andrea.

Associate Pastor Michael Weatherford came on staff in April 2011.  Prior to Victory he served at Faith MBC in Cabot, AR as Music and Youth Minister; Pinecrest MBC in Corinth, MS as Music and Youth Minister; and Lakeside MBC in Des Arc, AR as Music Minister.  Michael and his wife Jackie have three sons: Paul, Will and Kaden.  Email

College Pastor Kelley Roach came on staff in 2012.  Prior to Victory he served at Russellville MBC in Russellville as Youth Minister.  Kelley has also worked through the years on the campuses of UACCM, and ATU. Kelley and his wife Sonya have four sons: Peyton, Kameron, Taylor and Colin.  Email

Outreach & Senior Adult Pastor Ken Worthen came on staff in the Fall of 2013.   Prior to Victory, Ken served as MBSF Director at ATU for 25 years.  Ken and his wife Donna have one son: Shawn Caleb.  Email

Youth Pastor Josh Childs came on staff in 2022.  Prior to Victory Josh worked as Prospective Student Services Asst. Director at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology, and before that as the Age to Age Director at the ATU Wesley Foundation.  Email

Music Minister Dale Ashlock came on staff in November 2003.  He and his family have been members of Victory since 1993.  In addition to leading our music program, Dale also works outside the church for Russellville Insurance Agency.  Dale and his wife Lena have four children: Madeline, Reid, Bennett, and Owen.  Email

Ruby Branch came on staff at Victory in July of 2010. Prior to Victory she served as the Administrative Bookkeeper for the Special Education Department of the Conway School District.  Ruby has two adult children: Clay Bishop and Sarah Bishop Dolbec.  Email

Celeste DeLeuil joined the staff of Victory in January of 2023. Celeste and her husband Michael have three children: Audrey, Bella and Jaime.  Email
